چکیده
Aim: We report our experience of liver transplantation (LT) for Epitheloid hemangioendothelioma (EHE) which is an uncommon vascular tumour with intermediate malignant potential. Single centre remains limited. Methods: Retrospective review 13 LT patients between 1989 to 2019. Results: (male 6, female 7) (paediatric 5, adult 8) underwent LT. Median age at presentation was 28 years. duration from diagnosis listing 76 days and transplant 46 days. Presenting symptoms were jaundice, abdominal pain distension. Most common jaundice in children adults. 3 had metastases (lung 2, lymph node1) pre-transplant. follow-up 108 months. 2 patient recurrence the graft liver. One resection other developed lung metastases. 4 died. Early mortality (2m, 38m) occurred sepsis. Two adults died post ERCP pancreatitis lungs respectively. pre-transplant did not have disease progression. Overall mean survival 222 The 1, 20-year overall 92%, 83%, 66% 5 progression free 90% 72% Conclusion: Patients EHE even low volume represent excellent candidates long term survival. Disease can occur as late 181 months post-transplant. Children who shorter time interval poor
